The Women’s Leadership Initiative at Cornell (WLI) was founded in 2020 by six undergraduate students who felt compelled to create an empowering space where women across all interests and studies could come together by sharing their experiences. As an organization, we strive to celebrate one another and redefine a culture that is helping to uplift women within the Cornell community and beyond.
Through WLI, we offer opportunities ranging from professional and leadership development to fun social networking.
