The Womxn in Politics: Activism in the 2020 Landscape event focuses on exploring womxn in activist positions across diverse social causes. The event explores different forms of activism across the political spectrum, ranging from news media to academia to local grassroots efforts. The panel features speakers Marcia Chatelain, Tierra Stewart, Anne Moses, and Jocelyn Dyer in a question and answer panel. Co-sponsored by the Women’s Leadership Initiative, the Cornell Political Union, Network of Enlightened Women, the Panhellenic Council, and the Forté Foundation, the event welcomes all students interested in learning about womxn working in activism and the impacts on the 2020 landscape.
